COMPLIANT ISO/PAS 17712:2010 and 17025 H.S.S. High Security Seals

With international trade largely dependent on freight containers, a new ISO specification on the mechanical seals used to protect their contents has a huge potential to improve security measures taken against terrorism, theft, smuggling and illegal immigration.
ISO 17712:2010 establishes uniform procedures for the classification, acceptance and withdrawal of acceptance of mechanical freight container seals. It provides a single source of information on mechanical seals which are acceptable for securing freight containers in international commerce.
